Yes. The trails are accessible independently. Remember to download the GPX file before you go, available on each trail page and on Guidos. For a first time or when exploring less familiar terrain, a local guide remains the best option.
The enduro trails are open during summer, depending on weather conditions and snowfall.
Summer, without a doubt. The trails are dry, the alpine pastures are open, the mountain huts are running. From July to September, conditions are generally at their best for riding.
