High-altitude lakes, mountain passes and alpine landscapes: an iconic hike to discover above Verbier.

From Les Ruinettes, follow the signposted path towards the Col du Creblet. The climb gains altitude quickly, offering unobstructed views of the peaks and Alpine terrain around Verbier. From the pass, continue towards Lac des Vaux, nestled in a rocky landscape at an altitude of over 2,500 metres. It’s the perfect spot for a break with the mountains in front of you. The return journey then takes you via the Col des Mines before a gentle walk back to Les Ruinettes across the high-altitude pastures.
