A route through wild forests, with a thigh-burning climb and breathtaking views over Verbier.
After a 4 km warm-up between Le Châble and Le Cotterg, followed by a stretch through the countryside to the Cries bridge, the real challenge begins! You tackle a steep climb through dense forest, with two spectacular viewpoints overlooking the dramatic couloirs of Les Déforants.
After nearly 600 m of elevation gain that will get your legs burning, the gradient eases and the trees begin to thin out. You reach a flowing trail, rewarded with breathtaking views over Verbier!
A short, technical descent takes you to Le Château, before you return to Le Châble via the Reposoir, a magnificent old stone road winding through the forest.
