Orsières - Le Châble

From the Orsières train station, head toward Somlaproz. Very soon, the trail winds along the hillside through a wooded path that offers a beautiful view of the valley. A descent then takes you to Chamoille, a village where time seems to slow down. Then the pace changes. The trail heads deep into the Montbrun Forest. In the shade of the trees, the climb is gentle and steady, made more pleasant by the coolness of the forest floor. Once you reach La Côt, simply cross the hamlet to head toward Le Châble. The descent, passing through Rénarosse, offers a beautiful conclusion to this route, combining unspoiled nature with panoramic views of the Val de Bagnes.
