Pilates classes every Tuesday, from 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm, either outdoors or at the community hall in La Tzoumaz, depending on the weather

A few new additions to the programme: we’ll be working with some ACCESSORIES (small ball, resistance band), which I’ll be bringing to the sessions The aim?! ➡️ To intensify the deep work involved in certain exercises ➡️ To support and assist with the movement in other exercises (spoiler: the roll-up in particular ) Taster class: 16.- Single class: 20.- 5-class pass: 90.- (valid for 3 months) ➡️ WHAT TO BRING? - Comfortable clothing, preferably close-fitting - Yoga or Pilates mat - Any optional equipment will be specified each week Looking forward to seeing you back on the mat very soon!
