Yin Yoga & Sound Healing Journey – 90’
A deeply restorative session combining slow Yin yoga postures with an immersive sound healing experience. Postures are held for several minutes to gently release physical tension while calming the mind.
Supported by vibrational instruments (Tibetan bowls, chimes…), the sound journey helps regulate the nervous system and guides you into a state of deep relaxation.
Open to all levels, this class is an invitation to slow down, settle, and reconnect with your body and inner sensations in a soothing environment.
