Le Carrefour in Bruson is the vibrant heart of the village, open to everyone. Under the direction of Sabine Besse, the kitchen focuses exclusively on fresh, local and seasonal produce. It is also a café and a space for creative work, artist and researcher residencies. Screenings, concerts, exhibitions, workshops and all kinds of events are regularly held here.
